Returns & Exchanges
At Nonnie Elégance, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that sale items, intimate wear, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you may return the original item, and your exchange will be processed once we receive it.
Return Process:

Email our Customer Care team at support@nonnieelegance.com with your order number and reason for return.

Repackage the item securely and post it to the address provided in our return confirmation email.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.
 
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Nonnie Elégance reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
